Cancellations, whether total or partial, must be communicated via e-mail to info@lamala.it at least 20 days prior to the arrival date.

In case of cancellation after the above deadline, the following penalties will apply:

• Late cancellations (from 20 to 11 days before arrival): 50% of the total stay.

• Last-minute cancellations (from 10 days before arrival) or no-show: 100% of the total stay.

Cancellations, whether total or partial, are only valid once confirmed in writing by La Malà.

Credit Card Pre-authorizations

• 20 days before arrival, a pre-authorization of 50% of the total stay amount will be made.

• 10 days before arrival, a pre-authorization of 100% of the total stay amount will be made.

If the pre-authorizations are successful, the amounts will be released the following day:

• the 50% at 19 days before arrival,

• the 100% at 9 days before arrival.

The actual payment of the stay will be made directly at the property, either on the check-in day or on the check-out day.

If the pre-authorization is not successful, a new credit card will be requested: the guest will have 24 hours to provide it. If no valid card is provided within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
