Terms and conditions:

Reservations are only valid when confirmed by La Malà via e-mail or fax and successively guaranteed through a fax with a valid credit card number or a one night prepayment via bank transfer.

Cancellation of guaranteed reservations:

All cancellations must be made via fax to La Malà at +39 0187 81 22 18 at least 14 days prior to the check in date. La Malà is a small guesthouse, and in order to grant to all clients access to our limited number of rooms, we must require that any cancellation follows our fourteen days advance notice policy.

In case of late cancellation the following penalties apply: Less than 14 days prior arrival: one night. No Show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

Early departure or reduction of stay shall be charged in full.

La Malà conforms with the Italian privacy law (675/96). Personal information is needed by La Malà in order to finalize your booking/availability request and the relevant law requirements. All personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
